Taco Bell - Tacoma

The staff is friendly and the service is quick. They always make sure my app orders are accurate and never miss any items. Plus, they are very generous with their salsas.

I ordered through DoorDash and had my delivery reassigned eight times. The drivers would arrive at the store, only to cancel right away. I also attempted to call the restaurant several times, but no one answered.

My order was perfect. I got the Crave Box along with a few extra crunchy tacos. Thank you all for preparing dinner! My husband also enjoyed his meal.

I’ve been here 3 times, and every time our order got messed up. Food is always stale, cold, doesn’t taste fresh. Employee‘s were rude. Our family loves Taco Bell but don’t know why this location is so difficult

I'm blown away by how god awful this place is. I did a mobile app order and went through the drive thru for pickup, and 3 out of 5 items were missing. THREE. so I park and go inside. 4 employees were in the lobby (on break I presume? and I must've been at the counter for 6 minutes before someone approached me even though they acknowledged me when I first walked up. Got my missing items and went home. The food was absolutely horrible. I had to eat my crunchy taco with a fork because it was so soggy that I could literally slice it like butter. The quarter size drop of meat on my crunchwrap was also great. Why would you work somewhere if you're going to apply this little effort and make things worse for everyone who encounters you? wow.
