Sushido - Tacoma

I don't often leave reviews, but this place deserves it. I came half an hour before closing, they probably tried to clean up as I did the NUR customer dining room, but my order was just as delicious and beautiful. My new one found my favorite Japanese food in Tacoma, can't wait to come back.

I was in Sushido a handful of time, and every diving experience was fantastic. I know with delivery apps, it can be a bit different. I had some different supplies bad, but the restaurants themselves are fantastic when you dive. Sushido is the only sushi place I found in Tacoma. It is so beautifully packed and somehow remains hot and crispy. Only Sushi Square will I order from the front.

Beautiful service, seating has an intimate but open feeling; the sushi and appetizers were spectacularly plated and was everything you could ask in the taste and texture department.

First time here in Sushido on the recommendation of a friend of mine and OMG.

We had a wonderful experience Friday, 5/14/22. I appreciated our server, I didn’t get his name, but he was very polite and very attentive— which is hard to come by these days. The woman who helped us I think might be a manager, and she’s always been pleasant too. She has a great attitude and it’s so nice to have an experience where people enjoy what they do! It translates into everything. The plating was stunning. The fish was fresh and everything was so flavorful. They don’t rush the food, so if you put in a large sushi order be prepared to wait a bit. It is well worth it. I appreciate the attention to detail and quality that goes into the preparation of each roll. The appetizers came out very well timed. We sat at the second booth from the door and were able to see the sushi bar. It was nice to see the sushi chefs at work. Music was perfect volume and upbeat. It’s a very hip and trendy vibe. I love the edible flowers! My son ate them all. Just a really great experience overall!
