Memos Mexican Food - Tacoma

Not gonna lie, my expectations were pretty low walking up to this place, but the line for food was around the building and cars were parked down the street, so that counts for something. The wait was a little long but there was a lot of people ordering and only a handful of staff running around so that’s understandable and expected. Despite this the busy cashier checked on my order a few times to make sure it was getting taken care of, there were just so many orders. Got the Washington jumbo burrito, wow it was really good. They must have seared the outside once it was put together, real nice touch, reminds of some of the shawarma shops in Lebanon. Really hit the spot, I can’t speak for the other items on the menu but the burrito was delicious, will definitely be coming back here again.

We go out of our way to get breakfast burritos at this Memo's. The steak and egg breakfast burrito is my favorite, being well seasoned and the meat isn't fatty or full of gristle. I appreciate that they don't use french fries as a filler at all. The Lakewood Memo's is closer to us, but their food quality is far below Tacoma Memo's. They are completely different restaurants!

The food was bomb! Got two burritos, one Washington burrito and the other a Bacon breakfast burrito and they tasted hot and fresh. People where nice and during dinner rush only waited 10 minutes from order to getting food!
