Harmon Pac Ave - Tacoma

In advance of the michelle Obama event in the tacoma dome. received and confirmed that we were there! reservation was 2.5 hours before the event, but when we showed up, no reservation! I have two layers of the hostess. one was that opentable had crashed and all had lost pre-contained. the other was that harmon no longer used opentable, and that it was opentables error because it had harmon not removed from the app. to eat crappy super expensive stage eating. good that miraculous obama was so brilliant that this lack of real life means did not ruin a special day that we had planned for months!

At arrival in our 5:45 reservations we were told to open table server and they had no open table reservations. it was an absolutely badly treated chaos. michelle obama was in the city and tons of people were in the opposite attempt to clog to find dinner. the restaurant even refused to confirm that I could show my reservation on my open table app. huge failure of both harmon pac ave and open table.

Terrible abuse. went before michelle Obama event, was told that her open table crashed and did not honor her reservations. they wouldn't even see the reservation on my phone. we were 45 minutes early, and they didn't set us an hour. the kitchen was so secured that our commands were never fulfilled, and we had to go chili and eat it out to come to our event in time. as so close to the tacoma dome, I would expect them to treat employees up to the mass before the events. I'll never be here again!

They honored our reservation or other reservations on open table made for big event going and told us it would be a 1.5 hours waiting, so had to go to another restaurant

I made reservations via OpenTable one week prior. Upon arrival we were told that the OpenTable server was down and that they had no reservations and that tables were first come first serve. They didn't attempt to honor our reservation or allow me to show them confirmation via email of our reservations. Nor did they seem to care or offer any type of restitution. Michelle Obama was in town and every restaurant/bar downtown was slammed. When we walked to the a restaurant just a few store fronts down the street we were told OpenTable was not down nor had it been all day. Interesting. Luckily we found a bar down the street that worked hard to seat us and had a wonderful evening. I've been a loyal Harmon patron but will never go back. I felt they not only treated us poorly it appears they were dishonest. Horrible customer service.
