Wendy's - Syracuse

20 minutes from the time of ordering to pick up the door and get out. I hope that was a personal problem. that's not a fast food.

For fast food it was good. We had a really good person who cashed us out and the when I opened my sandwich it was wrapped very neat and not just slapped together like at other restaurants.

Hit or miss with this Wendy's. Sometimes good sometimes bad. You never know what you are going to get. I like the Spicy chicken and it's close to work. Drive thru normally takes longer than most. At times they just get up and close before there normal times.

There's was barely any customers and it still took 20 minutes to get my order in the drive through

Poor and slow service if you hate your job find another one! Almost 10 minutes wait in a mobile pick up order that consisted of 4 chicken nuggets a drink and a cookie ridiculous!
