Unique Tea House - Syracuse

Great bubble tea, unique staff, large dining area. This has been my go-to spot for years when I've needed a quiet place to sit down and work on my laptop. Ironically, what used to make this spot ideal seems to have now attracted a large amount of young students that seem to enjoy flouting the pandemic restrictions. They come exclusively to socialize, ignoring the health and safety of the staff and other customers. I understand they're used to special treatment on campus, but this business also attracts hospital visitors and employees. I just wish the youth of today had a little more sense and consideration. I commend the staff for being strict with the rules and give them my sincere sympathy for the way I've seen them treated. They're always friendly and accommodating to respectful patrons.

Terrible customer service with female worker. I was treated very poorly, she was very disrespectful to me. They open late sometimes they’re not open the lights are never on, they walk in late sometimes they don’t have tea available or ice. There use to be great customer service with the guys that worked in there. They were very nice. They had great customer service skills. Love the tea just not the service.

Love the place, my favorite bubble tea. Just don't like how their hours on the door say they're open til 10pm but just went there at 9:40 and was told they're closed. Happened a lot lately, where I show up before close and they just don't make any more drinks. Only thing I would change is that, other than that great place. Always been a fan

Friendly staff and great drinks! I’ve been several times in the past few years and will definitely be back. It’s a little hard to find if you’ve never been before they share a door with a tattoo parlor. Head up the stairs and it’s the door on the right.

It’s a quaint little place. Was satisfied with the service I received. The girl that waited on me was very patient and pleasant as I took sometime to decide what I wanted. The place was well kept and looked very welcoming. I ordered the Taro milkshake and a matcha crepe cake both of them were delicious. Will definitely stop by more often now.
