Cute, medium seating Diner. Get there early on Sunday it does start getting a wait line around 10:30. Good food, nice portion sizes, decent prices, friendly waitstaff

I love this place. The atmosphere is great. Nice staff. Always busy when we go but it's worth it.

Great spot! Passed through Syracuse, looked for a local diner for breakfast, and found this Gem. Plates were huge. Food was excellent. The staff was on point and operated like a fine tuned team. Tables were cleared quickly, people seated quickly, wait staff was quick and attentive, always checking in. The Gem was exactly what I wanted to find, and diners like this aren't that common anymore. Excellent dining experience. Sit at the counter for quicker service or wait to be seated, either way you'll enjoy being waited on by the friendly staff. Coffee is always hot and ready for a top off and the food is well portioned and delicious.
