Pita Pit - Syracuse

I have placed an order for delivery, get incorrect order, I am not in a position to leave my work to pick up food (which is why I paid for delivery pita grube refused to have delivered my correct order again and refused to pay back my money, so I paid $22 for a lunch I never received

I wasn't greeted when I came in, there were 3 employees in the service. After they don't recognize me, they told me that I could arrange at the front. I had only pita pit a handful of time, but this time was the experience better and so was eating. in the menu she was an option for sm/rg. When I tried to order a little, they said they were just serving regularly. the salate was easy. I wouldn't come back.

Restaurant was closed at 6pm, with lights off, door locked, and nobody picking up the phone, even though the neon sign says “open” and both Google Maps and the Pita Pit website say it’s open until 10pm. I put in an online order and there seems to be no way for me to get a refund. This is horrible service.

I went to pita pit today at 1pm and there was a hand written sign on the door that said closed from 1:30-3:15. Since I had 30 mins still, I Walked in to order only to be told by the guys working that I can’t order anything because “they’re not taking any new orders right now because of a big catering order they just got”. Won’t serve a customer lunch at 1pm on a Tuesday…
