Peter's Polar Parlor - Feedback

The place is absolutely enchanting and feels like you're going back in history. the staff were very friendly and polite. the ice was very good.

This place has a strong point, and this is the pistachios-citard soft mix. it's quite the reason I came back as often as I did.
