Pavone's Pizza - Syracuse

The pizza sauce is great, the catering salad was really good and the delivery was professionally handled. The dough was unfortunately overworked and too chewy, but still a good deal for the price.

I ordered my pizza at a very busy time, and my intial time estimate email was almost immediately followed by another saying it would take a little longer, which I appreciated. I was already out, so I headed there anyway. The people working were very friendly and explained they had been bombarded by orders. So I hung out and waited for my pizza. It was a good pizza, especially if you are a fan of crisp crust. The toppings tasted fresh, and the cheese was good. A solid place to get a pizza from.

1hr 45 min on delivery to get over cooked wings and a cold pizza that was as hard as a rock. Last time I order here I will be going to hometown pizza. Used to get the best pizza from here. Really need to work on quality control. And way over priced anymore paid 56.00 for a LG pizza and 24 wings.

Burnt on bottom, very little toppings, soggy, really bad pizza eating experience. Used to be alot better. I did go back 3 times to see if it was just that day. This is sad because they are the only pizza place that offers the thinnest dough, which for people needing to eat low carbs who love pizza, this is the best choice. I think they just need to pay attention to the distribution of pizza for burnt bottom. They also need to add more topping. On a large pizza, it is about 1/2 cup of each topping which leaves the pizza quite bare.

A lot on two good pizzas! Perfection! Not necessarily the best pizza in the cuse! Nice people inside too!
