Papa Johns Pizza - Syracuse

Ordered a medium olive and banana peppers pizza and they dumped a outrageous amount of peppers

Pizza was a little under done(I put well). But was still delicious. And the app was not updated correctly. But the guy who answered the phone was polite.

I had a gift card to use the hired, worked well with me to find out how it didn't work. they are very friendly. the food was quick and tasted super!

Not a review of the Syracuse store, but the online ordering. Verify all the specifics of your pizza, or rest of your order. Ordered a Pep and Bacon, and did not mess with the sauce options. Didn't see that the online order changed the sauce to Buffalo sauce. Kids wouldn't eat it. Called store manager, and she said she couldn't do anything as it was an issue with the online ordering. What kind of company doesn't allow their managers to make decisions on replacing a pizza!!! Guess Papa John's is who.

Disappointed with the service on this visit. I placed my order 2 hours in advance. When I got there it was not ready. Had to wait 30 more minutes. Every one after me, their orders were ready on time.
