Bidrage med feedbackWe ordered through Uber Eats and unfortunately had a poor experience—our food was waiting for almost two hours. However, the food itself was quite good; we just needed to heat it up in the microwave a bit and it was still enjoyable. I think the portion sizes were satisfactory. One minor point, which is somewhat subjective, is that we ordered pad Thai fried rice at a mild spice level (or whatever it’s called on the menu) and tom yum soup at a medium level. Normally, I can handle medium spice, but today's tom yum soup was exceptionally spicy. I could only manage a few spoonfuls before needing a break. Overall, though, I found the food to be delicious.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant in Clinton Square! During my lunch break, I was pleased to find no line, which made it a quick and easy stop (seriously, support this place!). The person who prepared my tofu bowl was very friendly and addressed my questions regarding the sauces, confirming that none contained milk or fish sauce (only coconut milk). I opted for vermicelli noodles, tofu, and an assortment of veggies topped with red curry. It had just the right amount of heat for those who enjoy a bit of spice without being overwhelmed. I highly recommend this delightful $10 meal! The picture I took was halfway through my meal, and there was plenty of food!
Thai Street Eats opens in the afternoon and has around 20-25 seats available, with pull-out options as well. On a lovely day, there's a small park just steps away where you can sit outside. The restaurant operates like a Chipotle, allowing customers to choose from a variety of ingredients for rice or noodle dishes. With so many combinations to try, I plan to come back and sample different options I had to skip on my first visit. We really enjoyed our meal; while I'm not familiar with authentic Thai cuisine, I found the flavors unique and intriguing. The service was friendly, and one of the owners or managers even came over to check how we liked the food. It’s a great spot for a different lunch option, and if I worked nearby, I would definitely be a regular customer.
We have a new favorite Thai restaurant in Syracuse appeThaizing! It is built for a quick takeout, but we wanted a warm place to sit and relax with some good food. appeThaizing took us nicely. The owner was our waiter last night. After answering a few questions about food, he took our job and was back in a few minutes at our courts. Everything was delicious!
Good, quick, healthy food. And it 's as $10 cheap as it gets (this quality), downtown. If you 're in a hurry, create your bowl . It 's like Chipotle only Asian cuisine. You can also order from the kitchen, however.
