Kfc - Syracuse

I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they couldn't even fulfill my simple request. After waiting for my order at the drive-thru for 20 minutes, they still got it wrong. In my opinion, this place should be closed down. I will not be returning.

There is a woman with a neck tattoo who always calls us "honey," and she is the best employee here. My pot pies are always top-notch because of her. She only works the night shift. I love her and bless her soul.

I went through the drive-thru and waited for at least 20 minutes, but still didn't receive any food. I went inside to see if they had anything ready and planned to ask for a refund for the rest of my order, but to my surprise, nothing was prepared. I will not be returning to this location. It's not fast food, it's more like slow food.

Food was as expected but I tried the French fries for the first time and they were an unexpected delight. Speaker in drive-through was hard to hear from, but I don't know if it was the person on the other end or the device itself. The reasonfor 4 stars for service is because it took a long time to get the food and no one came to the window to say what was going on
