Denny's - Syracuse

I had signed up for Denny's Birthday Club on my mobile phone. 2-3 years ago. For my birthday in December I decided to stop at Denny's in Cicero, NY after an appointment. You have a choice of either a Grand Slam or a dessert which you can use anytime during your birthday month. Show the waitress the code you received on your mobile phone or printed from your computer. The place was very clean, customers were spaced out. The waitress was very polite and friendly wasting no time to take my order. I chose the Grand Slam which you can choose 4 items. You can add other food items for a small fee plus they have healthier choices. When I got my meal I was not disappointed. I definitely recommend this Denny's Restaurant. Great family friendly restaurant for an anytime meal, snack or dessert. Give them a try !!!!

My grandson's grapes were a little soft, my potatoes were barely warm and my husband's pancakes were hiding under way too much icing. But the chicken was phenomenal, the zucchini/squash was to die for and the strawberry pancake puppies were So good. Very nice Waitress and We would return.

We came into Denny's today twice to eat. A number of employees called in and left the few that came in as scheduled with the task of serving a restaurant full of hungry customers with limited staff. We just wanted to mention that both Misty and Mike displayed outstanding teamwork despite being shorthanded. I sure hope Misty's dedication will not go unnoticed as she put in a very long, busy shift and still managed to be efficient, cool-headed and very hospitable to everyone. Watching her multitask and delegate was commendable!

It’s a Denny’s so the food is exactly what you expect all over the nation: basically drive-thru fast food at twice the price of McDonald’s. I fly a lot and generally Denny’s chains are the only thing open 24hrs. I only ever eat at Denny’s restaurants in the middle of the night. This particular Denny’s staff were efficient, polite, thoughtful, and clearly not your typical graveyard shift wage workers. The way they worked seemed indicative of a respectful work place culture. Oftentimes you visit a Denny’s after 10pm and you can just tell everyone is miserable and hates their job. But this one was unexpectedly staffed with upbeat and pleasant folks. I wish every Denny’s in America had employees like this place

This is one of the best Denny's ever! The staff is great, they are all very friendly. The food is great!
