Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Syracuse

This restaurant is very welcoming and well-maintained. It's one of the best Dairy Queen locations I've been to. It's especially kid-friendly, with a charming playhouse for children to enjoy. I know my grandkids would have a blast here.

Whenever I place an order at this restaurant, there is always something wrong. This time, I ordered a Blizzard with extra pieces but received less than usual. It ended up being more like a milkshake.

My wife and I visited this Dairy Queen to celebrate our anniversary on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a blizzard and my wife got a dilly bar. The employees were disorganized and unsure of what to do. I was disappointed with their behavior and believe some of them should have been fired. It was unacceptable to see employees acting in such a manner. This Dairy Queen falls short of my expectations.

Gave you guys a second chance and now I end up with a **** with no bun.

The service was quick and food was very good and hot!
