Barbieri's - Syracuse

A no frills diner in the shadow of ST Joseph's hospital with great food. Great breakfast dishes- pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, homefries, it's all good. Nice lunches too. Waitresses are top notch.

Barbieri is the place to be! If you’re wondering why the food tastes like home, it’s because every dish is prepared with love. There’s a waitress here, whose name I can’t quite recall, but she is truly remarkable. She’s honest, warm, and always brings a ray of sunshine to your experience. If you’re feeling hungry or just need a pick-me-up, head down to Barbieri for some delicious food. I come back here every time I visit Syracuse and I hope they never close their doors!

I ordered the steak and eggs with house fries for takeout online. The online ordering system was simple to use, and my food was ready in just 15 minutes. Everything tasted fantastic, even the toast! I followed all the instructions provided, and the steak was a beautiful size, cooked to perfection. The home fries were fresh, not burned at all. The cheese was perfectly melted in my dish. And at only $10, you really can't beat the price!

Dining here is consistently enjoyable, and the food comes out promptly. Kim is an outstanding waitress who makes sure to check on everything I need. My cup is always full, she brightens my day with her smile, and she is dedicated to providing excellent support to her customers!
