The Best Breakfast Co. - Syosset

I ordered the buttery croissant bacon and egg sandwich along with some potato tots. The description mentioned a fried egg, but that's not what I received. Unfortunately, this place—if you can even call it that—doesn't have a functioning phone number. When my sandwich arrived, the croissant was burnt, the eggs looked scrambled instead of fried, and the potato tots were ice cold. Despite the excellent delivery driver who got my order to me in just 8 minutes, I'm now $31 poorer and still hungry. This was a complete waste of time and money.

According to what I was informed, my order wasn't even being prepared when the delivery driver arrived. The restaurant staff told him they were unaware that there was an order. They then hurriedly rushed to make my meal. By the way, they forgot the home fries, and the eggs were runny. It was evident that the food was prepared in a rush. I had to be alerted by my driver that either A) they got it wrong, or B) they messed it up because they were in such a hurry.
