Phoxy Phở - Sylvania Twp

I loved loved loved this place !!!! The young lady that used to take me orders Ki was awesome!!!! But I went in there about a week ago and placed my order with a friendly young man and left a two dollar tip on the counter for my to-go order . Then I remembered I forgot to order extra veggies so I got my card out and walked up to the counter to ask if I could add extra veggies and had my card in my hand because I didn't have anymore cash since I gave it to him as a tip . He proceeds to tell me it's no problem and he will just throw it in the bag . I again offered to swip my card for the two dollars it was going cost for the extra veggies and he said no . Then when my order was ready the young man comes over to me and apologized because his boss THE OWNER told him he had to charge me the two dollars. I am in this restaurant at least once a week if not two times a week . The owner just looked at me swip my card for 2 dollars and I felt it was distasteful and rude . Needless to say unfortunately that's my last time there .

Was shocked to hear the waitress charge 18% gratuity automatically for only 2 people. Not certa8n if that 's theory policy or the waitress took it upon herself despite a 'below-average to average ' service. Good food though.

Awesome tasty fresh .. I had the special Pho with beef was delicious! they even tailored it my liking of skipping the meatballs. thanks he Broth is Yummm top of the world! Portion size is amazing., definitely have left overs which tastes good even next day! service excellent and ambience is clean and cool. Recommend this place highly ! it is locally owned too

I feared cross contamination as i am a vegan. they originaly brought the wrong bowl of soup and not long after brought a different bowl. The service was some what slow. But I am willing to try again.

My goodness I really dont know how to describe how great this Pho is. More than just soup,its hearty with out sitting heavy on you. It's blend of savory,tang,heat,and freshness will bring a smile to your face,and satisfaction to your senses. I had the Phoxy’s Phở Special Phở Dặc Biệt which is Rare beef eye-round steak Well-done beef brisket Beef meatballs Beef tendon Rice Noodles I put in the lime,the jalapeños, the bean sprouts, and chili sauce. This along with the Vietnamese coffee I left happy. You want to impress a date,a out of town visitor,or an parent. Bring them here.
