Bravo Gastro Lounge - Feedback

First time and it was great from meal, drinks and to top it off my girlfriend ordered the cheesecake and omg it was amazing:

By far the worst experience ive ever had 30 min wait for drinks, 2 hour wait for food and being lied to saying its coming the food is on its way......

Bad experience all round. ..won't be back. Two hours of waiting. ..no one around. ..didn't have something one of the party ordered and wasn't...

Crystal was the best most kick ass server/Manager I've ever had.... like I mean that **** was good.. Top shelf and bar down the whole way!! Whooo!
