Innovation Brewing - Sylva

The restaurant offers a great variety of beers and a tasty tasting flight. I'm certain that Chris and Robert, who just finished the Appalachian Trail, would really appreciate this establishment.

I am from central New York and recently visited Innovation while on a motorcycle trip. I found out about this restaurant from a nearby brewery that I had been to previously.

This restaurant is amazing! The beer selection is fantastic and they even allow dogs on the patio. Just keep in mind that parking across the street in the dirt lot might not be a wise choice, as the staff at Sam's Auto...

The locals go almost every day for a mug of some kind! If you are new they will let you taste test a couple to help you make a choice!

The peanutbutter amber is now my favorite amber and one of the most complex beers i’ve ever had. wow!
