Bidrage med feedbackAre used to frequent this location every Sunday morning with my kids of which I have 4. Used to be a great place to hang out and enjoy amazing baked goods. I would see the same people there week in and week out and it was such a great community. However, they haven’t reopened indoor seating which is completely changed the dynamic of this bakery. It’s nearly impossible for me to take me and my kids and stand outside in freezing weather. Sometimes the line takes 15 to 20 minutes. This is not my idea of a fun Sunday morning anymore. I’m not sure why they haven’t reopened . I’ve tried to call multiple times and have not received a call back or an answer. This, once beloved bakery, is now unfortunately on my “no-go” list due to the lack of convenience and the disappearance of its cozy culture. Hopefully they can listen to reason and science and reopen safely. Update 3/1: move down to one star since nobody has reached out with an explanation or update. Need to work on community engagement. Sad.
Used to be a good place. Waaaay off track. Prices are easy to high, quality is gone down. Continues to make customers stand out in the street and wait for the privilege to order through the door. If your lucky you can run around the corner to look through the window like a homeless person and see if you want to add something to your order. There is pretty much a disagreement about where you are in the stupid line every other time I go. It's on my boycott list.
Local corner bakery mixed into a residential area. This place is the real deal. The stollen scone, almond lemon poppy tea cake, and almond croissant are our favorites. They’re only open on Fri, Sat, Sun so plan accordingly and don’t miss it. There’s always parking nearby. Thanks for bringing great baked goods to Annapolis!
These days it’s rare; but every once in a while, you run into a business that is genuine. Built from the ground and in-service of the community. This place is the real deal. No frills. The line out the door tells the story. Probably the best bakery goods within 50 miles. Get an Almond Croissant and a cup of coffee and you’ll have a fond memory. Don’t let the line scare you. It goes quick!!
We happened to be driving down the street and saw a long line outside this little corner store. Caught the name and realized it was a bakery. Well, we took the next right and then again and again to come back to it and parked and headed over. Chatted with a few people in line who raved about the breads and croissants and said you really couldn't go wrong with your choice. And they were right! We bought a Rhubarb Ginger scone which was possibly THE VERY BEST SCONE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Also bought a most excellent Blueberry scone and a Rustic Sourdough loaf. ALL THREE WERE MORE THAN AMAZING. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!
