Bidrage med feedbackDo not recommend this location. I ordered four bowls online, two of them were made completely wrong. I asked if they could regain what they did, and the rice was very understated and hard. I threw the two bowls away. In addition, after asking for them to regain the two bowls, one had a few pieces of chicken (which is not what I asked). Very disappointed.
I went into chipotle and was greeted by a dazzling young man named Dean. When I asked what he suggested to get, he winked and said the meat. He seemed very sure I would like it. he stuffed my burrito with meat, I laughed because i thought my burrito was going to bust, he had a firm grip on the burrito so when it was wrapped nothing fell out. It was very tight when I sat down to put it in my mouth, when I bit into it I was very satisfied
I would say my experience at first was lackluster due to me stubbing my toe on the front door. But once I saw Constantine Bratsakis, I knew I'd be in for a treat. He asked me if I wanted a bowl or burrito and my jaw was dropped on the floor because of his angelic voice that mesmerized me so it took me a second to get back to earth. When I asked for chicken, he grabbed the shaft of the scooper so gently, I came. He didn't give me enough chicken but that was all good has he handled my meat with love and care. I wish I gave him my number before I left : . If someone from the Ridge Road Chipotle sees this, please let me know how he's doing.
Ordered online, the extra/double meat bowl (which costs an additional 4.15$ tax) came with less than half a scoop of meat total. I had the wherewithal to check when I picked it up, got a lot of looks from the guys making the online orders as if they knew what I was complaining about. The other bowl was a salad and figured how do you mess up a salad? Should have checked that as well, when I got home found out it had literally 4 pieces of lettuce. Called and spoke the manager Eddie who apologized and said ?he would talk to them?. Can?t say I?ll be going back. Don?t bother ordering online from here unless you check your order while at the restaurant. Restaurant was not busy whatsoever ever, 1 person in line and at least 10 orders waiting to be picked up, can?t imagine many of those are correct.
Employee walking around not wearing his mask properly and handling food, standing above all the open food containers (making take-out? as well. Nose out and chinning it so hard you can see his tongue when he talked. I Don't recommend coming here right now since it doesn't seem like they are enforcing any health policies.
