Bidrage med feedbackPizza was decent and better than what we found in the area.rest of the food was terrible to be honest and a complete waste of $60. Wings were not crispy at all with little sauce, cake was stabbed on the top and tasty and old tasting, meatballs sub tasty as frozen meat balls that were burned. It could have been a night, but I was very disappointed after reading the reviews and trying a new place.
My wife and I came here for lunch. We shared a steak sub and fries and my wife got coconut shrimp. Both were good. It didn't take long for the meal to arrive and service was good. Would come back.
Hand's down the best Italian in the area. Perfect balance between authentic Italian and Americanized Italian. On our first visit (was a super busy Saturday night the staff/management was very welcoming and got us seated immediately even though their phones were ringing off the hook and the line was going out the door for their takeout orders...which is a true sign of how good their food is. The layout of the restaurant is interesting to say the least; With plenty of room to fit all incoming parties. Two story high building with a bar downstairs and lots of seating both up and downstairs. Visually the décor is also very appealing...almost looks like the inside of a winery. The food was INSANELY GOOD. And the portion sizes were massive for the price. I have been eating leftovers for three days and every time I heat them up they are almost as good as the first day. I had the Chicken Parm Sub with Onion Rings (best onion rings I have ever had . Girlfriend got tortellini with meat sauce (which wasn't on the menu but the restaurant was easily able to compensate her request . And our other party member had the Chicken Parmesan (also the best I have ever had. And for the table we split a large Margherita Pizza for $21 which was 16 inches but felt even bigger. The toppings were fresh AF, whatever cheeses they are blending to top their pizza DELICIOUS...and their sauce...don't even get me started on that sauce...SWIMMING IN DELICIOUS GARLIC. Exactly how it should be done. We loved this place and we will be back time and time again. I have been spreading the word to any of my friends who haven't tried it. PS: I also love the location of Amante's. I grew up in a the middle of nowhere and this place is on a very scenic route. I live close to Baltimore but will gladly travel 20 30 minutes out to Sykesville/Eldersburg for this food. Love this place.
We did both takeout and delivery. If the price and online ordering experience were not a factor, this place would get 5 stars over the board. Food is amazing and the staff is friendly. Prices are awfully expensive. $20 for a 12 3 topping pizza with extra cheese? Really? Order online is extremely frustrating. It's like someone threw it together as a favor and had no idea what they did. Some functions don't work. Google Pay doesn't work. It requires you to type for execution orders. I'm sorry, but packing a bag and handing it over to me doesn't need a tip. Options that are missing from the ordering process. You can't set a pickup time, you have to go with what you have. Add-on options show no cost. Description says it comes with a certain dressing, but you need to choose your dressing at the order. You charge a delivery fee and ask for a tip about it.
The restaurant is in a nice location. Italian and beautifully decorated with very pleasant music. Restaurant atmosphere suitable for family dining as date friendly. Parking in the rear of the restaurant where there is outdoor seating and a downstairs indoor bar with tables that is very nice. Our server greeted us with a pleasant smile, she was kind and helpful. Our food came out in timely order.. was absolutely delicious..the pizza was half Napoli and Sicilian. All ingredients are fresh . I had a bottle of Italian red wine, L'avvocata it was 50% off absolutely delicious with the perfect cool temperature and a very nice wine glass.
