Uncle Tetsu’s - Sydney

Walked by Tetsu a few times during the opening week, but the queue was massive so decided for the hype to die down a little.

Loved this place, especially the cheese tarts. Order both aromas, absolutely delicious. They were cooked perfectly with a good sweetness. The Matcha tart literally provides taste ????. The small cafe on the ground floor in regent was so cute and the service was wonderful!

Wow the cheesecake is delicious! No typical cheesecake, as obviously it is Japanese! You can definitely tell the Japanese Japanese due to the quality and technology. The texture is incredible and difficult to describe in words. A must still be difficult to try, it's a bit expensive. The pastry on the tart is nice and butter-like!

There was a long line when we listen to, so of course we had to set up. Through the window we look at the most beautiful fluffy soft Japanese cheesecake. I'm not much of a cheesecake person. Unfortunately, this cheesecake was not for my taste. The cheesecake was fluffy, but really filled. It had a really strong cheesecake taste. I feel as if I were not the right person to check this place. However, if you do not love cheesecakes, take my advice and buy no whole cheesecake. On the other hand, the service was really fast and we did not wait long.

Lighter and fluffy cheesecake ???? If you are near Uncle Taetsu's Cheesecake shop, there is a nice sweet and warm smell. Grief Grief Tries the original cheesecake and the texture differs from its traditional cheesecake with the "cheese" and biscuit base, as this has no biscuit base. It's like a fluffy cake, and it's so easy that you can eat half or the entire cake if you are not careful. I also tried the honey cheesecake as a sample and that also liked me.
