Sushi Tei - Sydney

It's in the bustling heart of Sydney CBD, and quite a nice venue. Actually booked this place for 26 guys, and found the restaurant there very accommodating despite having to add extra people for seating at the last minute. I like the fact that the booking is all done online through Dimmi, making it very efficient, and not having to worry about whether your phone call for booking will be answered. The staff there were very friendly, and willing to split our bills by the tables that we were sitting on, for ease of payments. I personally ordered the ten-don ($17), which was generous on the tempura they served, and the sauce they had on the rice. The spicy soft shell crab roll ($17) was also a standout dish for me, and the presentation was definitely inviting on the black stone plate, with a generous amount of spicy sauce. However, some friends warned of the ice cream sandwich being just a de-frosted dessert, so that may need to be noted.  I thoroughly liked the place, being so accommodating and with reasonably fair prices at such a central location, I would definitely recommend to people considering for a group outing.

Easily the most delicious sushi I've had in Sydney. Nothing has come close! Affordable yet high quality. I love that they don't skimp on the fish portions...
