Silvester's - Sydney

Last week, we dined at Silvester's and had an outstanding meal. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the service and food were top-notch. Jeremy secured us a fantastic table, and our wait staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent recommendations for food and wine. I highly suggest trying the spanner crab and avocado entree, and make sure to leave room for the unforgettable dessert! I am looking forward to returning soon!

I couldn't find a single fault! The service was top-notch, with very attentive staff. From the decor to the dining experience, everything was perfect. Many upscale restaurants may serve small dishes to appear more refined, but Silvester's didn't compromise on portion size or flavor - all while maintaining an air of sophistication! It's the best of both worlds. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

Food was good. I had the short ribs and my cousin had the toothfish. But, the best part of the experience was the staff. We were greeted warmly by Andrea (hope I got the spelling right! and she was able to get my cousin and I settled in. Our waiter took care of us and answered all questions. Thanks to Andrea and staff for a wonderful experience!
