Passiontree Velvet Macquarie - Sydney

Very poor service. Staff extremely rude which spoilt the atmosphere.

Unfortunately, there was nothing special about this dining experience.

We did not think that the food was worth the money that was spent on this. Especially being vegetarians we got cucumber and egg sandwiches. Though the service was good and the staff very pleasant, the overall deal is really not worth it.

We went for a High Tea, to celebrate a birthday and were dissapointed to find out it was in the middle of a Food court. The ambience for High Tea was not at all present. The food was pretty good, the scones macaroons. The service was pretty good. So it wasn't a bad experience but I will not return there or recommend it for a high tea experience. I think a change in venue, in a cafe with more privacy is needed.

Terrible service. Staff had no idea of their own high tea menu, took 15 mins to figure out what they actually have and don 't have, can can 't do. We sat behind the counter for high tea,Milk froth went all over my friend 's hair and back and they thought it was funny although later apologised. Gave us macaroon menu but several a attempts in choosing a flavour they kept saying oh we don 't have that one today repeatedly! Ended up asking them directly. So what do you have? Place is not worth it!
