Palm Court at The Langham Sydney

The savoury component 1 was very good 3 were average. Sweet component 2 were very good and 2 were good. Coffee was an average hotel coffee, not freshly made for order. The tea was very good. Alcoholic drinks were nice.

The staff were lovely and helpful, I had my mother in law with me and they could have spoken louder and slower for her to hear them better. The food was tasty, I was sad there were not more sandwiches. I ordered the masala chai and it was awful. If people don't know how to make it then it should not be on offer. It was white, tasteless and milky and had not been boiled long enough. I felt like I had wasted me tea suggestion.

We love the place, customer service is great, table presentation beautiful BUT High Tea was not the greatest.

Outstanding food, wonderful venue and excellent, friendly service.

Food was delicious and service impeccable. Only suggestion is to ease up on the volume of fragrance in the building it was a little overbearing
