Bidrage med feedbackI liked this place and always did.I first went here in 1990 something and it hasn't really changed which is nice. The pizzas are nice the restaurant does get busy so book. Its not far from Circular Quay at the end of George st near the Four season. Good food, cheap at the price, great pizzas and a nice atmosphere
Restaurant no longer exists. Closed because of building alacerations. Pity we used it frequently. There's a new place During in the courtyard. Not bad but not Italian. Nearest good one is Apetito.
My partner and I dined there last Wednesday evening and have not been there for several years. The meals were very tasty, I chose Brains as an entree with scallops wrapped in bacon for my second. My partner had garlic bread and then prawn dish with pasta which he said was deliciious. It's good to see that some things never change as was the case with Giovanni's. The waitress has been there 16 years - what an achievement. They were busy, even for a Wednesday evening but the service was not rushed or hurried. We left there with full tummies and rolled out way back to the car
We had nice and authentic Italian dinner. Pizza was really good. Service was fast. A must visit restaurant.
Saturday night - Just before 6:00 with two grandchildren - restaurant quiet. Ten minutes later, by the time the food arrived, the restaurant was 'humming'. Young, Old, Coupes, larger parties. This surely must tell a story about reasonably priced and tasty food. The kids enjoyed their pizza and granny and gramps also have a good feed.We have been there before, and we will go back there again.
