Eat Istanbul - Sydney

My advise is avoid completely during lunch maybe avoid all together. Overworked staff no care taken in the prep of the food. I was waiting 15 minutes when I queried where my food was they advised they called out my number and I was handed a cold kebab that had been sitting for at least 5 minutes. I explained to them I had been waiting the entire time and heard no call but they claimed to have called the number, its so busy there they could have but either way it was a missed communication but they did nothing to rectify this and expected me to eat cold food. Needless to say it went straight into the waste bin unopened (and I hate food waste) I will NEVER eat here again.

First time leaving my feedback for these amazing guys working in this shop. Haven't been here for a while but lady at the counter greeted me with a smile and exactly remembered my regular order, which is amazing. And thumbs up to the guys cooking the meat, you're legends. Lamb shish is juicy and tender as usually. Little bit too pricy though, but definitely worth your money. Will be back 100

Visited for lunch with colleagues. the place is really busy during the lunch hours, so had to wait a bit, but that was worth waiting. the falafel box with a side of tabuuli, chips and garden salad. eating was fresh and chips crispy. in any case to visit again to try other things on the menu.

The spits are pretty good. meat is a little overcooked, but generally very tasty. the tabouli is not very good, very dry. falafels are also not very fresh. a nice place, can be busy too day

Love food in this shop! Pretty good value and the smell of grilled meat is sooo attractive. But the service during lunch time is little bit awkward. The lady who used to work as the cashier before knew all the ingredients and she helped me a lot considering the fact that I'm allergic. But now some new people working at the cash register doesn't have a clue about food they serve.
