Chook House Beaumont Hills - Sydney

We placed our order at 6:15pm with an estimated delivery time of 6:56pm, but our food did not arrive until 7:56pm. It was nearly a 2-hour wait. When our order finally arrived, we were surprised to find that the salad we ordered was much smaller than expected. It was disappointing, especially considering this was our first visit based on a friend's recommendation.

Terrible service and terrible food! I was rudely told to "go away, I'm too busy" when I called to inquire about my order that was 40 minutes late. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and the portion size was laughably small. I wouldn't even feed this to my dogs, let alone my family. The way customers are treated is important, and this restaurant clearly needs to improve. Good luck with your business, but I won't be coming back.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. The menu is fantastic and everything is cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place, it gets a perfect 10/10 rating from me!

Terrible service, late delivery, all orders wrong and when we called we got told tough not their problem and hung up. DO NOT ORDER

Poor service with attitude, mediocre food with dubious food safety standards ... avoid like the plague!!!!
