Kenny's Pizza (sheriff Avenue) - Sydney

The worst experience, the staff was racist. I ordered pizza and unfortunately the power was lost. I was on break of my work for 30 mints. So i did try to talk to staff and instead of being good they started behaving rudely. Because she thought i am doing deliveries due to because i am immigrant here. When she got to know I actually paid she changed. In short, staff was stupid and i will never go again in any kenny pizza again.

Made an online order 40 mins ago got a 2nd email saying it is ready for pickup once i get there my order is not even made yet and have to wait another 20 minutes. (Update over 90 mins) WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN.

Love kennys don't get me wrong but i find there is so much miscommunication on deliveries over the phone ..Now that there is new staff I ask for specific things and they are always missing i dunno why ??,My Alberta friends said they are worst donairs they ever had in thier life !!! no napkins no forks spoons and for the things they misplaced they asked me to pay delivery again for the misplaced item i asked for !!well i think this is a joke ! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!Kenny's is not what they use to be !!!!sorry but this is not my first time dealing lately

I've been a returning customer for years and years. I honestly can't remember the last time they messed up an order which is a good thing! Online menu available as well as DIY Pizza Kits! .. AAA+
