Mcdonald's - Swindon

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude and disrespectful when discussing the menu. The cleanliness of the place is terrible, as the staff are not wearing hairnets and have strands of hair near their shoulders. I found it very disturbing to see the manager with a top that was too small, with her belly hanging out. Additionally, I observed her scratching her arm and then handling food that was given to customers. I will not be returning to this restaurant and good luck if you decide to visit.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. I visited on a Friday morning for a quick breakfast before work and was assisted by a fantastic team member.

If you are not prepared to serve food promptly at the stated time, then don't open for service. I ordered hash browns using the touch screen, but after waiting 5 minutes, I saw them just starting to make them without informing me that they were not ready. This lack of organization and consideration for customers led me to leave in frustration, as this has not been the first time I have experienced this. I do not plan on returning.

Ordered food on the touch screen and don’t the normal pay method on card Then to find out there was no receipt paper left So couldn’t get a copy of my order number Asked for help and one lady in particular was extremely rude and told me to wait till she was ready I felt this is not a way to talk to a customer And I proceeded to complain A lovely young lady from the public helped me And grabbed another staff member and asked if she could help me This staff member was extremely helpful. How ever after around 5 minutes the rude staff member came up to me and asked ‘ have you sorted it then ‘ And then walked off when I said Another staff member had sorted the situation The way they speak to people is extremely rude Would not recommend Also constant slow service

Went there to get a cheeseburger and a McFlurry,service Absolutely shocking slow service.staff just wondering about instead of doing customer orders on screen that we’re ready just next to packed.
