Krispy Kreme - Swindon

As always great donuts, and also this is a nice little cafe in the middle of the busy shopping centre. Also great coffee and donut offer.

Our experience was a learning curve - do not order through the Just Eat app as you will be disappointed. Krispy Kreme simply shifts the blame when the item is not delivered, accusing Just Eat without tracking the courier. Once the order leaves them, they don't take responsibility. It's best to avoid ordering through a third party to avoid losing your money.

We stopped for a coffee break while shopping. The staff, especially the girls, were extremely rude. They didn't allow us to choose our order and kept complaining that they wanted to take a break. They even left the shop unattended at times. The service was very poor. However, the donuts were tasty.

Nice food and drinks good , customer service definitely needs improving !! Very rude and disinterested!

I grabbed a doughnut for a snack while I was shopping. I have to admit, I'm hooked. It probably doesn't make a difference where you get a doughnut from, but I enjoy having one every now and then.
