Frankie Benny - Swindon

I went to this restaurant for a friend's birthday meal, not expecting much since the last time I was here was years ago when I was a child. Now that I am 21, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! I ordered a cheeseburger with chips and every bite of the burger was delicious, and the chips were cooked perfectly. I finished the whole meal. For dessert, I had a brownie with ice cream, which was rich but delicious. I couldn't finish all of it because of how sweet it was, but it was still great. Overall, I would rate this restaurant an 8.5/10.

Absolutely shocking staff were rude to us from the moment we arrived whilst sat waiting we were made to feel very uncomfortable and then the food arrived which was not nice and when we asked for the bill we were asked cash or card which we replied cash and then the waitress was rude again and said are you paying or not sadly we won’t be eating here again

Food amazing, yummy as always but the companies biggest asset are their servers and Amy has been so lovely and nothing is too much trouble! Thank you Amy and head office need to give you a big bonus!!!!

Ordered a bird box delivery, chips were Luke warm, and the chicken burger was undercooked. Rang restaurant to complain and was told to complain through Uber eats or return the food?? Member of staff wasn’t particularly helpful.

Amazing service! Jenny is exceptional! As soon as we were seated, Jenny came over and took our drink orders and allowed us to look over the menu. She helped answer the few questions I had about the menu. She even convinced me to upgrade the garlic bread to the cheese version, which was amazing. The service overall was outstanding and a major reason why I would return, along with the piping hot and delicious food. However, I wish their desserts were better. The apple crumble was a bit salty and soft with no crunch. Thank you so much again, Jenny, for a job well done!
