Ed's Easy Diner - Swindon

The restaurant was closed during my visit... extremely disappointing as I had made a reservation and Ed's was not even there.

The restaurant was understaffed, resulting in long wait times to be seated and for our order to be taken. When we asked for the bill, no one came, so we eventually left the money by the till. Overall, our first experience at this restaurant was very disappointing, despite our initial excitement.

After placing our order, we struggled to get the attention of a server at the restaurant. There were missing items and I had to wait at least 4 minutes, waving frantically to grab someone's attention. However, once we received our food, it was delicious and satisfying. The servers were very friendly, but they could benefit from being assigned to specific sections rather than having to cover the entire restaurant, as they sometimes forget to check on all tables.

The server was very polite, helpful and understood our needs I would give her 5 out of 5
