Costa Coffee - Swindon

Visited Costa Orbital Swindon today for an hour or so and saw 3 tables leave and then cleared but the waiter. He set the table ready to use again but didn’t wipe or sanitize any of them allowing people to re-use. Covid is one thing, and it doesn’t bother me. But the fact the tables aren’t wiped clean is pretty poor. To be fair, he was too busy doing his hair in the mirror and then checking himself out.

We went into the costa coffee at the orbital centre. We asked for vanilla lattes but they were initially made without the vanilla syrup and it had to be added after. The tray was swimming in water and our cutlery was placed on that. One of the teaspoons was already dirty with coffee and had to be changed. The coffees were not very hot and one of our guests ended up with a very bad stomach shortly after having the coffee. Won’t be back!

The team here are so welcoming, no matter how busy they are they are cheery. An asset to west Swindon

Popped in just after opening this morning….what engaging lovely staff. She greeted everyone was amazing with her regular customers. Such a warm welcome.

After visiting Costa branches throughout the UK over the years, I have found the West Swindon branch to be exceptional. From manager Issy to all the wonderful staff, you are always welcomed with a friendly greeting and efficient service. The shop is consistently clean, including the customer toilets. I now visit this branch five or six days a week and always enjoy my time there. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, and they have a 5-star food hygiene rating as well.
