Boswells Cafe - Swindon

Great value a bright spot in Swindon grimy centre, good value coffee as good as that other well known brand, and cheaper

We were rudely told by a staff member to move downstairs because they needed to mop the floor at 3:15pm. We will be choosing to visit the nearby Costa Coffee in the future.

The venue is nice and the prices are reasonable. However, I was disappointed to see salads being prepared with bare fingers. It would be better to use tongs and gloves for hygiene purposes.

The staff was really friendly and always smiling and helpful. The food and drinks was really nice and food was hot. The Boswells cafe was so comfortable and the staff was always upto standings with the cleaning and clearing tables aswel. 100% recommended and will go back in the near future.

I cannot state highly enough what a fab cafe this is ! From the moment we entered we were welcomed at the door by a lovely lady! All of the staff where very friendly and the service was excellent. Our bacon/sausage baguettes were freshly prepared so it took a few minutes, before being brought to the table, but this was not a problem at all. Food was really good, flat white coffee was creamy and really good flavour coffee- great. The staff are a credit to you, this was our first visit and we were very impressed. Not sure what happened on the previous review, but we did not experience any bad service at all. Visit was Sunday23 April.
