Albion Hotel - SWIFTS CREEK

Love the food & service. This is definitely not your average pub meal... much more! Gourmet food meets pub meal. There is also a kids' room so the little ones (and bigger kids, if you like playing pool on bar side) can entertain themselves while waiting for food to arrive. Nice fire to warm yourself if all you want is a cuppa or glass of red. Well worth the visit!

After a return trip from Omeo we stopped at the Albion for a quick lunch and where pleasantly surprised. The menu had something for all tastes. I hear to ask for the "Albion Parma" that's off the menu as apparently is quite good.

The Albion had a wonderful feel when we went to dine there. It was a great meal enjoyed by all 4 of us. We enjoyed our visit & would not hesitate to go back. I won a prize in the raffle so was pretty stoked.

Stopped here based on the great trip advisor reviews and I was not disappointed. The lamb pie was a seriously good, melt in your mouth type of experience...nearly ordered another one just for fun. They have a different theme every night, Tuesday night was $5 off every meal (including kids) which made it a very cheap feed. Well worth a visit...

We were staying overnight at the little council caravan park by the creek and within walking distance from the pub. We'd heard it was good, so off we went. Friendly helpful staff, very good local wine, and as it was "Steak Night" we both had beautifully cooked, melt in the mouth Scotch Fillet. It was served with chips and a good salad. The restaurant area is spacious with art work on the walls.The bar needs to be seen - caps of all shapes and sizes hang from the ceiling! It is obviously the place to be for both locals and travellers alike.
