McDonald's - Swift Current

We got a quick dinner from here while passing through, the fries were completely pale soggy, they were definitely undercooked.

Loud, crowded and dirty. We stopped on our way through town, as most people do. The washrooms were disgustingly dirty. Plus the women’s washroom is tiny. A sign on the door suggests 1 person go in at a time to ensure social distancing. This wasn’t happening. And the tiny washroom had a high powered hand dryer. So whatever germs/viruses were there got blasted around. Long lineups for food. Tables were not being cleaned in between customers. Overall, it was quite overwhelming and not the least bit enjoyable. We will stop elsewhere next time we drive through Swift.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in sask. they serve old cold food. Pop that isn’t correctly mixed. Shoelace fries and ice cold burgers wi to brown lettuce. Oh ya and it’s beyond overpriced. Save your frustration to on and go to a Resturant to eat. With fresh food for the same price.

I ordered a french vanilla latte. It didn't have any vanilla flavor in it and it was cold when I got back to my office.

I ordered in Drive Thru for 4 McDoubles and only got 1 by the window. Told the staff (Elisa) that I only got one, instead of apologizing she yelled at me saying I only ordered for 1. She can fix it but declined to do so. Terrible customer service. Yesterday, I experienced the same rude behavior from her again. Please treat your customers nicely. Her rudeness is very unacceptable.
