Vitorinos Italian - Sweetwater

Called a week ahead and asked if they could make large gluten free pizzas for my husband's birthday (he is allergic to gluten), and was assured they could, to just order them the day before. Called again the day before and was assured AGAIN that it wouldn't be a problem. Arrived to pick up the order and was served 4 personal pan pizzas. Obviously not thrilled with the surprise, one of the servers told the owner who came out and threatened to CANCEL the order rather than do a lick to make it right, THEN told the server they would refuse to make it again ever for ANYBODY. If they couldn't do it, fine. However, after calling so far ahead and being told TWICE it could be done, then not getting a call BEFORE I showed up to pick up the order for my husband's birthday is WRONG. Then, treating your (as of then) calm but not happy customer like garbage is a way to ensure you lose their business. Shame, considering that this is the second similar run in with this owner and we continued to frequent the restaurant after the first. Not anymore. Done with Vittorino's for good.

My husband and I came in for lunch. We were seated right away. Great service the food was delicious ????

My wife Elizabeth and I both enjoy Vittorino's Cucina Italian Restaurant in Sweetwater TN very much. The atmosphere, the clean setting, amazing food, music and the friendly staff. Everything is top notch. We highly recommend you taking the time and experience this awesome restaurant.
