Subway - Sweetwater

Seem to be out of toppings and only one worker knew what she was doing.Parking: Sharing a lot with two other businesses makes it tight and hard to get parking during the lunch hour.

I've been ordering a long time on the subway app. Just here recently I've had nothing but problems when opening my order. Either sandwiches are mislabeled and not made right or smooshed. Salads are not made right or they are very skimpy. I ordered a salad tonight fully expecting it not to be chopped per their sign. Less onions and olives but regular on lettuce, spinach, meat, cheese and cucumbers. The bowl was only 1/4 filled. All you could see was a few sprigs of spinach onions, meat and black olives. They didn't even put in lettuce..and they were not out... I was beside myself trying to figure out how anyone would let this go out. Needless to say I couldn't get a refund...so I just will stop ordering. Very disheartening. I really liked the place until recently.

It is PATHETIC when I walk in at 12:45, on a Saturday, to order a wrap, and I 'm told that they are out of wraps ....needless to say that I will NOT be returning!!!!....and no, I did not purchase anything!!!

We always have a great experience, and the service is nice and friendly. Sandwiches are always nice to have in the Texas heat.

They rushed us thru our order and almost made it wrong. asked for ranch they put peppercorn ranch and when I said I asked for ranch said that's all we have. even thou there was a bottle labeled ranch and a separate bottle for peppercorn ranch. my husband ordered a phillycheese steak sandwich and she was about to put teriyaki sauce on it and I stopped her. she literally put like 5 pieces of bell peppers and onions on his sandwich. I had to ask for more veggies on mines because it was the saddest sandwich you have ever seen. she was friendly and upbeat but was more concerned about getting us out the door. subway is known for the fresh veggies and full sandwich because they fill ur sandwich with all u want and this one did not understand the assignment.
