Blk Shp - Swedesboro

First time at Blk Shp in Swedesboro. Went on a Friday at 2pm, had the Blk Shp side of the restaurant all to ourselves. Walk into a cozy lit fire place, great music, comfy chairs and wonderful server, Madison. Could not have asked for anything else, perfect meal, atmosphere, drinks, we will be back. We ordered so much food, expecting small portions but we 're pleasantly surprised at the large portions for a tapas bar. Each dish was yummy and because we ordered so much food there was plenty to take home. Desert (bread pudding) was out of this world. Madison made sure we were well taken care of and needed for nothing. Cant wait to go back. Cocktails were also very good, the selection of bourbon made it hard to pick . Thank you so very much for an amazing experience, soup to nuts .

Hidden gem. The chef is passionate about their work and it shows.The quality of the food is reflective of an upscale restaurant in Philly. Also the drinks are good which is a rarity in south Jersey.Also Heather is the best server hands down

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in South Jersey. Incredible food, creative cocktails, very personalized service. So many things on the menu to try, you will keep going back.

I feel lucky to live 12 minutes away from this fine restaurant. The service and food is excellent, with flavors you will not find anywhere in South Jersey. I love their unique menu and that every dish is freshly made. The lamb chops and chicken kebabs were tender and delicious. They have an assortment of breads, and I had the open face one with squash. This restaurant is definitely worth the trip for people who don't live in the area!

Had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday with friends at blk shp this week. We experienced excellent service, and enjoyed each bite that came to the table.The menu is diverse, but it is apparent each dish is skillfully crafted with great attention to detail. I really appreciate the unique vegan and vegetarian options.The atmosphere is very chic and cozy.In my opinion this restaurant is a hidden gem, and I often think upon leaving “I should come here more often!”
