Old El Camino - Swanton

My grandparents took me here for my birthday. The waitress was very nice, but not too attentive. Another waitress there, Gwen, helped my grandpa out with doing a birthday surprise. The chips and salsa were the best thing we ate. The food, not so great. My grandpa and I had the Cancun Burrito, and it tasted like the pineapple was rotten. I’ve never ate a burrito that made me gag while eating it. The burrito could have had so much potential, but the veggies, and pineapple tasted rotten. The chicken had no flavor. My mom had ordered a fajita with shrimp. She gave me the shrimp to eat, and it was way too over seasoned. The owner of the restaurant was the one who brought out our food, she didn’t bother to say hi, she stared at us expecting us to know what she had in her hands. She could have at least said hi, welcome, thank you. We also had 6 people in our party, and they sat us in the corner booth, and a very small table. There was no room for us to even have our dinner plates down. We left with upset stomach’s.Unfortunately, I just don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Better off driving the extra 15min to Maumee or Holland, or even Wauseon for an edible Mexican cuisine.

The food was amazing... more than what I thought I would get. I wished they gave me more tortillas.

This was a very good Mexican restaurant. Overall a good experience with decent quality Mexican food and a nice staff.

Went to visit our old friend Guadalupe we hadn't seen her in awhile. Had Nachos and margaritas along with homemade guacamole. ??Yum!!
