Bidrage med feedbackBecause they wanted to close early for Easter, they had a sign saying that they closed early (at 5), but no indication that the dining room was not accessible after 4. The staff was not helpful and seemed to try to hide. Then, as we got to the drive through, they told us they were completely out of donuts and were extremely rude when we asked what they had. We left disappointed and will never go there again.
Went through the drive-through ordered a frozen coffee Forgot my straw I knocked on the window the employee kept putting your finger in the air saying wait a minute five minute past still I did not get my straw. She kept ignoring me.Then, when she finally got to the window, I asked for a straw she didn’t even apologize. I was upset and I let her know it. She told me I was rude. She’s the one that’s rude to forget to give me a straw. How am I supposed to drink my pros and coffee without a strawthat service
Best Dunks in the region! Espresso drinks and iced coffee never taste burnt. The empanadas are great and the suggestion to add hot sauce made them even better. I live close by so this is a regular stop.
Fast service! Just be nice to the employees and you’ll get a good service!
I don’t usually have a problem ordering here. But today I ordered 6 donuts, it was all put in one bag! She only gave 5 instead of 6, had to asked for the 6th donut. Thats why always asked for your receipt and double check your order. Limited dining and parking. No “Hi”, “Hello” or “ what can I get for you?”. Not even a smile. Staff could use some cheering and some holiday spirit! Lots of visitors coming from the North stopping by here. We should be more cheerful regardless if it’s busy or not. Customer service is key! ?
