Sketty Packed Meals - Swansea

I have got to congratulate sketty packed meals for their excellent food everything was very tasteful and tender I'm a pensioner so I've had hundreds of takeaways in my life but sketty packed meals beat the lot my only gripe is that they don't except credit cards when ordering a home delivery

Had a lovely take away from here food was really nice very friendly lady behind counter and very helpful as we need gluten free dishes def recommend

I ordered a pre-dinner meal for 7:30 on Christmas Eve and it arrived exactly on time. The food was excellent, and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food is decent, but be warned that if you order a family-sized meal, something will always be missing. We typically order from this Chinese restaurant for our family of six, and in the past four orders, items have been left out. One time, we were even told we had to pay for the missing item when we went back to get it. Despite our efforts to have different family members place the order and confirm it over the phone, the issue persists. This is the only restaurant we have encountered with this problem, and it has become a running joke in our family. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service consistently ruin our family meals. We have decided to take our business elsewhere, but may consider giving them another chance in the future.
