Bidrage med feedbackWent to this KFC in January, queued up for a while, gave our order and the woman didn 't put it into the system and just said 'you can pay afterwards ', so after waiting 20 minutes in the pickup area we went back to the counter as people after us were being served their food first. We had to queue back up and order all over again and THEN she put it into the system. We also had to wait 30 minutes more for our order. We received no apology. Terrible customer service and service in general. We thought we 'd give KFC the benefit of the doubt and went again yesterday and it was just as bad. We ordered a 10 piece bucket and the chicken looked horrid; the skin was hanging off all the pieces and a lot of the pieces were all attached by the same skin. Looked bad and the pieces were full of bones and gristle, which meant hardly any meat. We also watched the chips get put into the paper bags at least 10 minutes before the bucket was cooked, so they were and did get cold. KFC has gone way down hill from when I went as a child.
Yesterday my husband and I had a lovely meal (bonus banquet). Unfortunately the young son of the family sat next to us was sick. I really wanted to point out that the young member of staff who dealt with the situation did so with sensitivity and compassion. The young of today always seem to get bad press so it's really nice to see and say something positive. I actually told the member of staff how well he had done because things like this all too easily get overlooked. Well done.
The children and me love a kfc..Really lovely service yesterday wasn't waiting long..
Disappointed as yet again got home to an incomplete order. How hard is it to check? Last time I even asked them to double check and it was still wrong. Will have to go else where:
Wasn't bad but when I asked for Pepsi Max the guy said they don't do it. Why does it say Pepsi Max on the paper cups. DOH!
