Bidrage med feedbackAfter a long walk through the woods and down to the beach on a hot day the café was a welcome sight. We found a table with a great view and my partner had a very good coffee. I was about to chose a cold fizzy drink from a can when I noticed a sign that read 'Homemade Mint and Lemon Iced Tea ' and selected that instead. It was excellent. The price for two drinks was reasonable, the atmosphere relaxed and friendly, with a large number of different places to sit, both indoors and out. We plan a return visit very soon.
What a fantastic little cafe. Being just a short hop from the current route of the coast path it is ideal for walkers to call at. (In fact, it would be worth timing your walk just to make sure you pass by during opening hours! When we visited, there was a lovely welcome from the staff and an amazing array of homemade cakes to choose from. Our cakes were enjoyed along with a pot of tea, sitting in the garden and admiring the amazing view of the estuary. With the lovely little craft shop to see too, this place is definitely worth a visit.
This cafe was a great find. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating with amazing views. We had a very friendly welcome and the cake was fab. Also dog friendly
