Al-des Kebab - Swansea

Me and afew of my mates tried afew different dishes from Mixed shish kebab, double cheeseburger and chips, chicken strips, pizza and chicken wings absolutely delicious, food piping hot great service. See you soon

Ordered food at 6.50pm was advised it would be 45-60 mins, called after 60 mins for an update was told it was en-route and will be with me in a few mins, called back again 20 mins later to be told (with attitude) that I hadn't placed an order. Was 1st time I was ordering from them, won't be trying again, give it a miss there are plenty of other good places to order from.

Due to my work and other commitments this was the first meal in a whole 24 hours so this was all I had eaten in a 58 hour cycle. I also ordered for the family so it was a large order. My chicken seemed dried out as if it had been standing in the heat rack too long and my kebab was ok until I bit into a large piece of bone, shortly after that I found a hair in the side salad so that was more than enough for me to throw the 3/4 remaining kebab in the bin. The next day both myself and one of my children (who had the same meal) had awful stomach pains, feeling sick and all other aspects associated with food poisoning. I couldn’t eat anything for the whole day after as I felt so awe full.

I've had a good few meals from here and can honestly say I've never had a problem with the food here. This time me and my friends ordered a collection on New Year's eve and it was made within 15 minutes. The mixed shish kebabs are the real star nice thick chunks of chicken and lamb served a good portion size of salad with mint sauce. Go to this place quite alot and would always recommend it as it's cheap but beautiful food.

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered a chicken burger with just garlic mayo they sent out a chicken burger with salad, and cheesy chips and garlic mayo the chip were freezing and you could tell the garlic mayo wasn’t proper one. My partner ordered a chicken burger with salad and tomato sauce they sent one out with bbq sauce. Also ordered roasties and they were undercooked and one of them had a string of hair in the batter type of thing that they do them in. You can tell the coke is imported as the packaging is different to normal one and the taste is totally different, it’s asif they’ve just squirted a tonne of syrup in it.
