Swan Hill RSL

I was not from the area and stayed overnight, so I decided to have dinner at the RSL. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours, I was informed that the T-bone steak was not available. I reordered the parmi instead, but still had to wait. Meanwhile, other tables that ordered after us received their well-done steaks. This was unacceptable to me, so I requested a refund. The other meal we ordered, a medium rare steak, was not mentioned in the review.

We had dinner here on a Sunday night, it was relatively quiet. There is a separate bistro eating area but we chose to sit in the bar area so we could watch the football. We ordered a pumpkin soup to share and grilled barramundi, both daily specials. The soup came, nice and warm within 10 minutes, and was thick and tasty. The meals were brought less than 10 minutes after we'd finished the soup and were nice and hot and a very good size. Great value for money.

Good food friendly atmosphere great staff ate here 2 nights in a row as the food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Nice and cool on a hot day.

Had a meal at the RSL swan hill Thursday night and the fishermen baskets were the frozen pack rubbish the calamari l had l think been reheated that dry l couldn’t chew it for 27.00 it could have been better, anyway the staff are really friendly and nice . Any way beer was good but the pains in the stomach was really bad all night . But bad luck on me for ordering it

We've been here several times now and very happy every time. Staff super friendly, efficient and welcoming. Can honestly say that every meal we've had here has been very good, no issues.
